Maestro Talent & Management Sdn Bhd (MTAM) was incorporated on 24th July 2003 as the platform for ASTRO's talent management business. Business operation commenced on 8th August 2003.
MTAM is involved in identifying, developing and promoting individuals in the entertainment industry including actors, singers, announcers and other performers, to maximize their career potential and marketability. The services provided by MTAM to the talents include advice and guidance in respect of the employment of the talent; selections of publicity, public relations and advertising, selection of booking and theatrical agencies; wardrobe and image and development and presentation skills.
In addition to talent management, other divisions in MTAM are Maestro Records, Maestro Publishing and events management.
MTAM is currently managing 20 talents from Akademi Fantasia (AF), 2 talents form ASTRO Talent Quest, and winners from Blast Off competition. The talents are as follows:
